.....Day 3. Its now 11.30AM, and i've attempted to adapt to the village way of life. Im breaking open my 1st bottle of the House Wine today. White, not to dry, and possibly the best bottle of wine I've ever had. I've just begun my second wheel of cheese. Port Salute. On this pace, i will die a rotund but very happy man. My shoulder and back pain have gone away, and life is good again.....
